SM: Do you think, you can get things done just sending one e-mail?

Employee: Sir I sent you 4 reminders.

SM: Do you think you get things done just by reminding several times through e-mails?

Employee: No sir, I came to you and asked for your help two weeks ago. And explained how important it is to the organization.

SM: Do you think just by explaining to me once, you can get things done here?

Employee: Sir, even last week I came to you and...

SM: Do you think just by explaining a couple of times, you can get things done here?

Employee: But sir. I also told you how you should be dealing with this issue.

SM: Are you teaching me how to work?

Employee: No sir, I thought I can help getting this done by....

SM (High volume): You guys are complete idiots. You can never get anything done here. Completely useless. Get out of my room.

ITIL v3 Phases
