Are you planning to appear for the ITIL V3 Foundation Exam?
Congrats!
It is nice to see that, you have taken interest in the ITIL framework and beginning to explore the same. I am writing this blog to encourage you to know about ITIL and along the way pass the Foundation Exam. The current version is 3 (ITIL v3, as they call it).
Let me start with a few links, you MUST go through, before you start. This will enable you to understand what is ITIL and why it is now THE defacto framework for Service Management.
Shortly I will cover the key knowledge areas, specifically, for the Exam. In case you are interested in the practical aspects of Service Management with and beyond ITIL, I recommend my service management blog: http://itsvc.blogspot.com
Good Luck.
